Beautiful design that works for everyone.
We believe the best vacation homes are beautifully designed, thoughtfully planned, and built to work for everyone. STAYABILITY helps travelers discover properties with documented accessibility-related, usability-focused, family-friendly, and multigenerational features while helping hosts showcase features that might otherwise go unnoticed. We believe accessibility and great design are not competing goals. The most successful properties combine both. Whether a traveler is using a wheelchair, traveling with aging parents, recovering from an injury, managing changing mobility needs, or simply looking for a more comfortable experience, thoughtful design benefits everyone.
Accessibility is a competitive advantage.
The short-term rental market is saturated, yet very few properties clearly document accessibility-related features in a way that helps travelers make informed decisions. The data shows exactly who is looking.

Of short-term rental listings clearly document accessibility-related features in a meaningful way.
Most travelers who benefit from accessible design don't identify as disabled.
They prioritize safety, ease of entry, intuitive layouts, walk-in showers, first-floor living, and homes that simply work better for everyone. When listings fail to communicate these features, many travelers move on without asking questions. Travelers with mobility disabilities take leisure trips at nearly the same rate as travelers without disabilities. They are not a niche market. They are a significant and underserved segment of the travel industry. Source: MMGY Global – Portrait of Travelers with Disabilities
Accessibility decisions in multigenerational travel are often driven by the person with the greatest mobility challenge. One inaccessible feature can eliminate an otherwise perfect property for an entire family gathering, reunion, or vacation.

Access to underserved markets
Millions of travelers are actively searching for accommodations that better support mobility, usability, comfort, and multigenerational travel.
Improved guest experience
Thoughtful design often benefits all guests, not just those with specific accessibility needs.
We found a way to bridge the gap.
STAYABILITY was created by Avi and Ita, passionate travelers who noticed how often vacation rentals unintentionally exclude guests with mobility challenges, temporary injuries, age-related needs, or families traveling across multiple generations. That gap creates frustration for travelers and missed opportunities for hosts. Our goal is simple: Help travelers make better-informed booking decisions while helping hosts showcase features that deserve greater visibility.
